How many clients do you work with at a time?

We keep our roster intentionally small — typically 4 to 6 clients at a time. Every engagement gets our full attention, and we’d rather go deep with a few brands than spread thin across many.

What does a Connection Call look like?

It’s a real conversation — no pitch, no pressure. We’ll talk about where your brand is right now, where you want it to go, and what’s getting in the way. If it feels like a fit, we’ll share what working together could look like. If not, we’ll point you in the right direction. Either way, you’ll walk away with clarity.

Do you require long-term contracts?

Fractional CMO retainers are month-to-month with a 3-month minimum — enough time to build real momentum together. Bespoke engagements have their own timelines based on the scope of the project. We don’t believe in locking people in. If the work is great, you’ll want to stay.

What makes Pony Social different from a traditional agency?

Yes — and it's woven into almost everything we do. Whether that's a full content shoot day, a campaign rollout, or building the systems your team needs to create consistently in-house. We approach content strategically before aesthetically. The look matters, but the why matters more.

Where are you based?

Pony Social is run remotely from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We work with brands everywhere and are fully set up for virtual collaboration. For content shoots and in-person activations, we travel to you.
